Our general, default refund policy extends for 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. However, please note that if a specific product's sales page outlines a different refund timeframe or condition (e.g., a 14-day policy, a 60-day policy, or stating an item is non-refundable), the terms listed on that specific sales page will always supersede this general policy.
2. Conditions for a Refund
A refund or credit will only be granted under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery / Unused: You have not managed to access the product, download the files, or use the service provided at all.
- Technical Failure: The product simply does not work as advertised on your website using a standard, clean WordPress installation.
- Support Intervention: You have reached out to our technical support team, demonstrated the problem, and our engineers were unable to resolve the software issue for you.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Our guarantee is designed to protect you from technical defects, not to serve as a free trial for digital consumption. Therefore, we do not offer "no questions asked" refunds. A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

5. Contact & Processing
