Welcome to the AI WP Affiliate Program. By generating an affiliate link and promoting our products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We value our partners and want to ensure a fair, profitable, and high-quality environment for everyone involved.

1. General Promotion Rules

We encourage creative, high-converting promotional strategies. However, all affiliates must adhere to the following baseline rules:

• Real Traffic Only: You must send genuine, human traffic. The use of bots, click-farms, or automated traffic generators is strictly prohibited.
• No Spam: You may only send emails to lists that you own and that have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from you (CAN-SPAM compliant). Spamming social media groups, forums, or blog comments is not allowed.
• Accurate Representation: You must accurately represent the product you are promoting. Do not make false claims, exaggerated income guarantees, or promise features that do not exist.

2. No Self-Purchasing

Affiliates are strictly forbidden from purchasing products through their own affiliate links.

This includes using different email addresses, clearing cookies, or using VPNs to bypass tracking. Our system and the WarriorPlus network actively monitor for self-purchasing. If detected, your commissions will be immediately voided, and you may be permanently banned from promoting our future launches.

3. Prohibited Marketing Methods

To protect the integrity of our brand, the following marketing methods are strictly banned:

• Negative Marketing: Using terms like "Scam," "Fraud," or "Fake" in your review titles, ads, or content (e.g., "AI WP Scam? Read Before Buying").
• Cash Rebates & Gift Cards: You may offer digital bonuses (e.g., PDFs, software, courses) to incentivize buyers, but you may not offer cash rebates, Amazon gift cards, or direct financial kickbacks.
• Cookie Stuffing: The use of invisible iframes, pop-ups, or any technology designed to drop affiliate cookies without the user's explicit click and consent is illegal and will result in an immediate ban.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC) Policy

If you are running paid advertisements (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), you must comply with our trademark bidding rules:

• You may not bid on our trademarked terms, including but not limited to: Products name, our brand name (AI WP), or the creator's name.
• You may not direct-link your ads to our sales page. All paid traffic must be routed through your own landing page, bridge page, or review site first.

5. Commission Payouts & Refunds

All commissions are tracked and paid out via the WarriorPlus network. Standard network terms apply.

• If a customer requests a refund within our stated refund policy window, the corresponding affiliate commission will be clawed back by the network.
• We reserve the right to delay payouts for affiliates with suspicious traffic patterns or unusually high refund rates until the traffic quality can be verified.

6. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's approval at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any of these terms, engaged in unethical marketing practices, or damaged the reputation of our products and our launches.

Upon termination, any pending commissions generated through illicit methods will be forfeited.
